Active listening, technical skills and conceptual skills

People with pronounced social skills are continually working to create a positive environment and security in which the people can freely express themselves, without fear of mockery, encouraging them to participate in planning and carrying out activities that directly affect them.

Conceptual skills relate to the skills of seeing the entire group of people with all its aspects, as well as recognizing the differentiated and interdependent functions of the organization. Furthermore, these skills also relate to the ability to understand the causal relationships that change has on other people.

The identification and understanding of the aforementioned results in the successful co-ordination and integration of all activities and interests. This primarily refers to the interests that are significant to the overall group and through which the group is directed towards achieving a common goal.
