What To Do When You Are Feeling The Tug Of War Inside Of You

Studies have shown that people on average think between 60,000 to 100,000 thoughts a day. A large part of those thoughts are decisions we make and it gets harder to make choices when they’re so big that they overwhelm us.

We get pulled into different directions and when we seek external advice, it can cloud our judgement even more. Too often do we let the external environment speak louder than our internal voices.
